Puddles, meet your match. SplashSteps are frosted-white rain boots scattered with candy-colored dots and a row of soft dino fins running down the heel and toe — the kind of detail that turns "put your boots on" into a request kids actually say yes to.

They're molded in one waterproof piece, so there are no seams for water to sneak through. A grippy outsole handles wet sidewalks and slick playground tile, the wide top opening lets little feet slide in without a fight, and a pull loop at the back means they can do it themselves. Light enough to run in, sturdy enough for a full recess.

Fit & wear

• Best worn with a thick sock — rain boots have no lining, and a sock adds cushioning and warmth.
• Check fit each season; kids' feet grow fast, and a boot that's too small is the fastest way to a boot that gets left by the door.
• Adult supervision on wet, smooth surfaces. Not a safety or work boot.

Materials
Upper: PVC. Outsole: PVC. Molded as a single piece with a soft, flexible finish. Free of laces, zippers, and hardware.

Care

• Rinse with cool water and wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn mud, use a drop of mild dish soap.
• Air dry at room temperature, away from radiators, heat vents, and direct sun — heat can warp PVC.
• Store upright and unfolded so the shaft keeps its shape.
• Not machine washable. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
• No bleach, alcohol, or solvent-based cleaners; they dull the finish and can loosen the dots.
• If the inside gets wet, stuff loosely with paper towel overnight to absorb moisture.
